The buyer provides the seller invitation letter for visa applying once the machine to be shipment. The seller dispatches one engineer and one English interpreter to buyer's factory once the machine arrive buyer's factory or as the buyer's request.

If needed, the seller will dispatch engineer and translator to the buyer's factory to deal with the problem. During the service period, the buyers need to pay for the travel expenses, tickets, accommodation fee and the other charges except the labor charges. If the problem has influenced the regular production, the seller must provide the solution without charge immediately.
